Not really: Homeopathy will not enlarge your breasts, but may assist healing from plastic surgery procedures that enlarge the breasts. Also if puberty has been delayed, homeopathy may stimulate it -- and breast growth might occur in that case. Generally homeopathy can help conditions that the body itself is capable of healing. It's not useful for altering physical attributes that are unrelated to health.
