Forgive my frankness: Acne is a chronic, serious, incurable disease that eventually remits on its own and until then must be managed using scientific, evidence-based treatment, not "pop" stuff. Your physician knows how to do this. If you are responsible for a health of a teenager and your deny them effective rx so that they become scarred permanently, they will resent the damage you did for the rest of their life.
