A member asked:

Is it true that if you remove a dangerous mole in your skin it could multiply or destroy your skin?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: This seems to be an old world belief, much like "you go to the hospital to die". The fact is, it's exactly contrary to the truth. Removing moles judged by a qualified professional to be "dangerous" can save a life, and certainly minimize future, more major treatments.
