A member asked:

Why are there lumps forming on the back of my ears? is this serious?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Sebaceous cysts?: The back of your ears, I assume is the pinna and this is covered with skin. You may have sebaceous cysts or more unlikely benign fatty growths. See an ENT or plastic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
