Hyperhidrosis?: Sweating more than normal is known as "hyperhidrosis." the nervous system is a bit overactive and the goal is to find out what the trigger is. Food, medications, overweight disposition, ambient temperature/humidity & overactivity are common causes. Is your 3 year old has regular well visits with his pediatrician and is healthy. You may want to start with a good medical evaluation for starters.

Temeprature?: Check the thermostat and the temperature in your child´s room to make sure it is even around the house. Make sure the room is not to hot for her or him and do not over cover or use pajamas made of synthetic fabrics. Stick to cotton. What kind of mattress does your child sleep on? Does it have vinyl? Does he always sweat or only at night?
