Get tested: Vaginal discharge can be caused by a variety of things: bacterial infection, yeast infection, irritation, vitamin deficiencies. Speak to your doctor about getting tested. Make sure that a culture is taken of the vagina and that it is tested for bacteria (group b strep, vaginosis, etc.) and yeast. Blood tests for vitamin deficiencies- such as folate, vitamin d, beta carotene, etc. Can be helpful.
