Concerning: A short cervix is used to identify those who are at high risk for preterm labor. Hopefully your doctor has discussed this with you. Serial cervical lengths can be done to monitor. Often we treat with weekly 17 hydroxyprogesterone injections. Discuss your options with your doctor.
