Nasal Obstruction: Nasal obstruction is one of the most common symptoms. There can be many causes including medical (allergic, hormonal, etc) as well as structural (septal deviation, turbinate hypertrophy, valve dysfunction). Typically fixed nasal obstruction is anatomic and fluctuating obstruction is medical in nature. An examination by a nasal expert can help find possible causes of your nasal obstruction.

Anatomic: Can be allergic in nature, most often anatomical. Best solution is to see an ENT doc for exam. You may need a surgery called a septorhinoplasty. For best results, make sure your surgeon is an ENT surgeon or facial plastic surgeon.
