Is it possible for someone to never know they have pinworms?

PINWORM: Pinworm are very tiny causing perianal itching at night. Kids do not know infestation but mothers can inspect it early am.

Yes: The only clinical symptom of note is the itching that may occur caused by a reaction to the goo the eggs are laid in. If you do not develop the itching, it is unlikely you will ever suspect it.
