Only frenulum?: If isolated to the frenulum and only that, nothing in particular other than allowing 7-10 days for healing. If an extensive laceration of more than just the frenulm which extends to the glans and/or body of penis it should be examined by a doctor. Either way, no intercourse of any kind until healed.
