HIV Treatment: Undetectable means all is well with your treatment. It means the virus is suppressed and will most likely not be causing any further damage to your immune system. This is the goal of treatment and you can be very happy to have reached an undetectable state. The virus cannot be detected in the blood.

HIV: The test you are speaking of measures viral load abstracted by the level of virus rna. If there is no detectable virus it means that either you have HIV and are being treated effectively, or that you do not have hiv, since if you did and were not being treated the test would show virus (through the presence of rna), and you would not be undetectable. Hope this is clear.
