About 6 months ago i just test my blood before eating. it was 106.if i have diabetics please tell what i should do?

Need to retest: A fasting sugar over 100 is abnormal, but it is not considered diabetes until it is over 125 on two occasions. 106 may be high, but it depends on when you ate last and how reliable the test was. Was the test done in a lab, or was it a fingerstick sugar? The latter is not as reliable.
