See MD: See your doctor or go to the emergency room if the pain is severe enough. You at least need a thorough history and physical exam, possible labs and ct scans/ultrasound if the exam indicates the need for them.

See Dr: Could be your gallbladder. Do not try to eat, just stay on clear liquids. See a physician if it persists. Good luck.

Needs evaluation: There are multiple things that can cause r sided abdominal pain. Some will resolve on their own but some may require surgery to correct the problem. You need to be evaluated by a physician and possibly have some type of imaging done to determine the cause and appropriate treatment.
