Common: Mild irregular cramping is very common. Tylenol (acetaminophen) is safe and hydration with water often helps. Schedule a visit to make sure all is normal in early pregnancy. Late in pregnancy if they are consistent and not resolving on their own it is important to notify your physician to make sure they are not contractions or a sign of preterm labor.
