.??ok: It is never really ok to sunbath. Sunbathing increases your risks of skin cancer and premature skin aging. You spend enough time out in the sun to do more than just ly there and absorb uv rays. Have fun in the sun, protect yourself from excessive exposure. The sythroid itself should not affect your fun in the sun, but your lack of sun protection may.
