Not usually: A stroke is lack of oxygen or blood flow to the brain and usually does not cause any pain whatsoever. Weakness, speech and vision issues are most common.

Not a symptom: Of stroke! chest pain on left side with radiation left arm or up into jaw more likely cardiac. Your young for it!
