Prolactin level was at 37 last week and when retested this week it was 32. should i be concerned? or should i retest in a month or so? not pregnant

Elevated prolactin: An elevated prolactin level is concerning. Your level is slightly over the normal range. You could have a pituitary adenoma. Why was a level checked? Did you have symptoms such as nipple discharge? You may need an MRI of your brain to examine your pituitary. See your doctor.
