Probably OK: It's not unusual. The change is probably more related to stopping bcps rather than being on warfarin. See how things go the next several months. If you feel something is wrong, please discuss it with your doctor.

Warfarin and menses: It is not uncommon to have increased menstrual bleeding while on warfarin. However, this should stabilize over time. If you continue to have increased bleeding with your periods then you should follow up with your ob/gyn.
