??: I cannot tell by your question whether you have had an ultrasound and cat scan already. Do you have breast implants? Do you have a fever? Do you have breast discharge ?Once you have been examined by your primary care physician, if there is concern for something other than fibrocystic disease they will order the appropriate tests. Ultrasound/mammogram would be the starting tests more than likely.
