Needs evaluation: Seizures of new-onset in an adult warrants evaluation. If the er was unable to determine the cause, a neurology evaluation is recommended, as they will do more intricate testing, which can often include detailed imaging, eeg, full neurological exam, and blood work. If it recurs before seen by a neurologist, go back again to the er as they may consider admission for further evaluation as well.

Avoid ER: As mentioned see a neurologist asap, as the er deals with emergency life-threatening conditions, and does not deal in searching for causes of new neurological conditions. In the interim, stop driving, avoid activities at heights and use of power equipment. You may benefit from anti-epileptic medication.
