How long do bladder stones stay in your body?

Bladder stones: Bladder stones will remain in the bladder until they are removed surgically. That is different from kidney stones, which pass into the bladder from the kidneys. They are usually passed out with your urine within a day or two. They are usually so small that, unless you are straining your urine, you will not notice them.
