Possible: A sore throat is usually a result of bacterial or viral infection. It's possible that a 'bad' tooth has an infection at the base of the root and gets into the bloodstream and then settles in the throat. I would recommend seeing a dentist to get your teeth evaluated.

Yes, it can.: When a tooth is "bad" (cavity), it can house tens of thousand times as many bacteria as a healthy tooth by simply having more space inside its hard tooth 'shell'. A throat on the other hand is covered by an extremely delicate tissue as you can see in the mirror. Imagine all the bad bacteria constantly attacking your thin throat lining....! see a dentist asap then a doctor if still sore.

It is possible: Not only a sore throat, but infection from a tooth can travel throughout your whole body. If the cause comes from your teeth, the problem will be solved immediately after the dentist treat the affected tooth. Hope it helps.
