Depends: It depends somewhat on what you mean. A 28 year old male with a 35 degree curve would not be expected to be at risk for curve progression, particularly if it is partially fused. Treatment for the symptoms that may be present can include medications, therapy, pain management, or a more detailed attempt to determine a more specific cause of your symptoms.

By 35%, you likely: Mean 35 degrees. There are congenital forms of scoliosis, where some vertebrae are wedged in shape (they did not form fully), and then they can also not separate appropriately, during the segmentation stage, hence you have a wedge vertebra fused with another vertebra, causing the spine to be fixed in a "crocked" position at that region, leads to scoliosis. See a scoliosis specialist for evaluation.
