Depends on why: Is it because you are afraid of going out? Then it might be agoraphobia or social phobia. Is it because you lack motivation to go out? Then it might be depression, or a physical problem that is causing fatigue. These are some of the questions that a consultation with a good therapist might ask, and as for possible physical problems, you might want to start with your family doctor.
