Why: With the information that has been provided, neither i not any other physician here would be in the position to realistically be able to evaluate the appropriateness of your discharge. It would depend on so many more factors than just the final blood pressure. For example, was you BP trending down? Did they diagnose you with a cause? Did they give you medication? Etc. I hope this helps.
