Appendices move from right to left?

Appendicitis: Pain from appendicitis doesn't usually move from right to left, but rather from belly button area down to right lower quadrant. Check out http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/appendicitis/basics/definition/con-20023582. Left lower quadrant pain makes us think of diverticulitis or infection/inflammation of diverticulosis. Kidney stone pain is usually one side or other. Same w/ovaries too.
