Yes...: It's called "orthostatic hypotension." basically , when you stand up, it takes a few seconds for the blood vessels to response to the change in gravity and position and keep enough blood going to your head. In the interval, you may feel dizzy or lightheaded. You want to make sure that your blood pressure isn't lower than it needs to be, and that you're drinking enough water.
