Anatomy: Nope. There are too many barriers between your ear canal and your brain. This is an impossible scenario.

No, it isn't.: It's impossible for a foreign body (bug or otherwise) to enter the brain through the ear canal without penetrating quite a few structures, including the tympanic membrane (eardrum) and inner ear. This would cause a lot of pain and other symptoms, including bleeding from the ear, etc. Chances are, but mosquito either flew out of your ear, or was trapped by your ear wax. No worries either way.
