Orthotics and eval: Generally a foot that is mildly intoeing or rotated can be treated with physical therapy and / or orthotics. However, if there is bony anomaly or club foot, further intervention may be necessary. All approaches involve starting with an evaluation by a pediatric orthopedist, who can determine which approach would be best.
