Tension: Oftentimes, we keep our stress in the back on our neck or shoulders and it creates unnecessary tension. This prolonged tension will then cause the muscles to tighten and create the ripple. I recommend routine massages or self massage with a backknobber to help alleviate the muscle tightness.
