Food and ADHD: Yes, foods do not cause hyperactivity. Interestingly, there is decent evidence that foods with red dyes in them might indeed worsen symptoms. Further, there is some evidence that sugar/high carb diets can worsen symptoms. All the best in your quest for good health.
