Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) and BP: Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) rarely has much effect on bp. As long as you are not light-headed or dizzy you have nothing to worry about. Only one other thought. Since upper airway resistance syndrome can cause adhd, depression, and low blood pressure, you may wish to see a sleep disorders specialist to rule that out. Best wishes.
