See a doctor: Infertility is defined as unprotected intercourse for more than 1 year without conception, so by the usual definition you are not normally fertile. Your case is called secondary infertilty. See a doctor who understands fertility if you if are having trouble, internet advice is likely to be too general and waste your time.

Fertility. They say a man with low count should have sex every other day when TTC to re-boost their count. If a man has sex 2x in one day will it still rebuild enough for the every other day method to work or do you need more time inbetween than?
