Peptobismol: You can buy peptobismol. Take care to find out what caused diarrhea. Sometimes you should let the diarrhea run its own course. Just taking small sips of water to stay hydrated. And lots of rest. Imodium (loperamide) is stronger and only a single dose should be taken. Hope this helps.
