Dimetapp vs brotapp: More or less the same, both contain an antihistamine, ( bropheniramine) and a decongestant (phenylephrine in dimetapp, pseudo-ephedrine in brotapp), same indications and contraindications, read the labels carefully and don't exceed recommend dosages, best wishes
