No: If you have your period - then you are not pregnant at that time. Bleeding twice means that one of the episodes was likely to be related to break through bleeding (due to imbalance of estrogen and progesterone).

You are not pregnant: Having a period is the definition of not being pregnant. I would be very interested to learn why you would think otherwise. Your question, if given to me in the office, would prompt several follow up questions. Was either period on time? How long are your cycles normally? Are you experiencing any other symptoms? When did your mother go into menopause?
