Pregnancy test: Only a pregnancy test can tell you if you are pregnant. It can take 2 weeks from conception (in general 4 weeks from last period) for a pregnant test to turn positive, if you have regular monthly periods. If you believe you may be pregnant, take a test in this time frame and that should give you your answer.
