No, but...: Hemorroids are attached and can't be pooped out. That said, a thrombosed or clotted hemorroid can break open and "pass" the clot into the toilet. Also, internal hemorroids can push out of the anus during straining and mak either go back in spontaneously (grade2) or have to be pushed back (grade3). Sometimes they can't be pushed back in even by hand (grade4). Surgery may be the answer for these.
