Yes: Pediculosis pubis is the name for crabs infesting the pubic area. Crabs (lice) often live in the pubic area or near the anus. The pubic louse (phthirus pubis) is also called 'crabs'. It is about 1/16th of an inch in size ; when magnified looks like a crab.
