Not me,don't like it: As long as it is not in excess and part of a well balanced nutrition, herring every day may be just fine. Check with your doctor for a consult with a registered dietition to evaluate your nutrition, and how the herring fits in. It is a wonderful source of many excellent nutrients. Good luck.
