Hello docs. i was wondering can vaginal scan pick up pregnancy before 4 weeks?

No: Not four weeks since the last period (menstrual age), but yes if 4 weeks after conception (6 wks menstrual age). At 6 wks menstrual age the gestational sac and yolk sac can be seen with a tiny fetal pole. Fetal heart activity may not be visible at this stage.
