Not if properly: dosed. If you have low testosterone and supplement it properly, it should LOWER your blood pressure. If you overdose, you could RAISE your pressure. It gets more complicated and you have to make sure you are working with a doc who really understands hormones. But if done properly, should not raise blood pressure. Take care.
