Yes, of course, but: Of course penetration (by a penis) always occurs in virginity, but only once. After that single moment in time and space, penetration may continue or recur, but is no longer in virginity. It's just the definition.

Sexuality: Penetration is the end of virginity. That is the 'black and white' answer to the strictest definition of 'virginity'. But, in my book any sexual activity is sex and thus one is no longer a 'virgin' and as a physician we begin to deal with the realities of being sexual. Especially in men. There is no 'hymen' for men. So becoming sexual ends a man's virginity.
