Tricky: Lens implants develop very strong attachments to the internal eye structures so removal is somewhat risky especially if a long time has passed since the original surgery. Replacement is considered for malposition, or very unusual refractive problems both conditions in which the risk might be worth it. This can be discussed with the ophthalmologist who inserted the lenses originally.

Yes but: Lens implants are not designed to be removed. Under certain circumstances, it may be necessary to exchange an implant. This can be done but the ease of doing this varies greatly; and depends on several factors including how long the implant has been in place. A very careful discussion of the risks needs to be had with your eye surgeon before considering this.
