Yes: Many patients do. It helps offset the drying effect contact lenses have on the eyes. Preservative free tears are best, but make sure to use all 8 drops in the tube within 24 hours so that bacteria don't grow in the non-preserved drops. There are also other drops made for wetting contact lenses.
