Not normally: Fibroids are benign tumors in uterus. They grow inside the uterus in adulthood and wither away in menopause. To come out would be unusual but if the woman's uterus prolapses in to the vagina and it has fibroids in it or if a fibroid happens to reside in the cavity of her uterus it could be expelled. If a fibroid was treated from the inside (hysteroscopic myomectomy) residual pieces could come out.
