Depends....: That's a hard question to answer in this format. It depends on where the remaining fibroids are located. The closer to the uterine lining, the worse your chances. Also depends on the size of the fibroids and the presence/absence of scar tissue. You really need an evaluation of the uterine cavity (hysteroscopy or sonohystogram or HSG). I recommend you go see a fertility specialist near you.
