No effect: Coconut water is clear liquid inside young coconuts and is high in potassium and magnesium, along with water and some sugar. None of these elements will have any effect on rectal bleeding. It is important to find the source of bleeding, whether it is due to hemorrhoids or a rectal fissure, which are benign, or from polyps or tumors in the colon. If persistent, see a gastroenterologist.
