Famously: Naproxen is well-known to do this, and about 1 in 25 people who start taking it on a regular basis get elevated liver enzymes. Perhaps it's time to look at taking a different nsaid; if the liver enzymes remain high, it would be wise to look for a different dangerous-if-untreated cause of the elevated 'zymes.
