Please tell me, could a transvaginal ultrasound tell if you are two or three weeks pregnant?

Definition?: If by 2-3 weeks , you mean from the last period, the answer is no. If you mean 2-3 weeks after conception, the answer is maybe. At 3 wks after conception (5 wks menstrual age), a tiny sac-like structure may be seen but no fetal pole or heart activity. A urine pregnancy test will be more sensitive.
